Place your bet and click "Deal". You'll receive two cards. The dealer also gets two cards, one hidden. Decide to "Cash Out" before revealing the dealer's hand to secure your winnings. If you have a better hand than the dealer, you win your bet multiplied by 2. If you "Fold", you lose your current bet.
